With over 20 years of experience in the Healthcare IT, Semiconductors and Communication industries, Ofer brings exceptional practical experience in Application Development, Operations, and Customer Care. His most recent position was Senior Vice President of Operations, MDG Medical Ltd. Prior to that, Ofer held management positions at Applied Materials, Orbot Systems/Instruments, and Telrad subsidiaries. Ofer earned a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
Lilach Payorski
CFO
Lilach brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in managing global corporate finance, strategic planning, investor relations, legal and IP functions of multinational public technology companies, leading organizations during rapid growth in dynamic and challenging business environments, including 20+ M&A transactions and fund raisings. Prior to joining Tytocare, Lilach served 5 years (Out of 9 years in total) as CFO at Stratasys (NASDAQ: SSYS) – a global leader in 3D printing. Her earlier experience includes senior finance roles at PMC-Sierra (NASDAQ: PMCS), Check Point (NASDAQ: CHKP), Wind River (NASDAQ: WIND) and Ernst & Young. Lilach holds BA degree in Accounting and Economics both from Tel Aviv University.
Tamir Gotfried

Tamir brings over 20 years of International Sales and Business Development experience from the Enterprise Technology Solution sector. Prior to joining TytoCare, Tamir served as the CRO of Bringg, a leading last-mile delivery platform, where he helped drive commercial organization to scale. Tamir also held leadership roles at Starlims, later acquired by Abbott Diagnostics, where he led Commercial Operations for the Abbott Informatics Division. Tamir earned an MBA from the University of Miami and a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Florida International University.
Idit Plaut
VP People
Idit brings over 20 years of Human Resources Management experience from global high-tech companies, including Cloudify, GigaSpaces, Alvarion, and Radvision. She has helped grow organizations with her company culture building expertise, fostering trust, a one-team mindset, and employee development. Idit holds a BA in Behavioral Science from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and an MA in Labor Studies from Tel Aviv University.
Elad Lachmanovich
VP R&D
Elad has over 14 years of Product Development experience within the Healthcare sector, having previously worked with companies such as Covidien and Superdimension (acquired by Covidien). Previously, Elad led development in an elite IDF technology unit. Elad has a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Jerusalem College of Technology, and graduated summa cum laude. Elad also received an M.Sc. in Electro Optical Engineering from Ben Gurion University of the Negev, where he graduated cum laude.
Eyal Bychkov
VP Hardware & Innovation
Eyal has over 20 years of experience working in successful technology companies, including leadership positions at PrimeSense, Modu and Sandisk (M-Systems), where he co-invented the USB Flash Drive. Eyal is a serial entrepreneur of new concepts & products and has issued over 80 US patents. Eyal has a B.Sc. from the Holon Institute of Technology and has served in R&D positions in an elite IDF technology unit.
Ohad Pollak

Ohad has been leading Marketing and Product teams for over 15 years, heading world-class B2B/B2B2C products and growth teams for private and public companies including Seebo, Verint, and NICE. Ohad earned an MBA from IDC, and has a B.Sc. in Management Information Systems from Ben Gurion University of the Negev.
Eran Hertzmann
VP Product
Eran brings over 20 years of product management experience. Prior to TytoCare, he was VP of Innovation & Security at Medial EarlySign, a medical algorithms company. Eran was one of the first members of Israel’s National Cyber Security Authority, where he headed Threats Research & Analysis, and led large technology assessment teams in the IDF. In prior roles he served as a product manager for several telecom companies. He was a mobile advertising pioneer and the head of Mobixell Network’s mobile advertising business. Eran is a Talpiot graduate. He was awarded his MBA from Tel Aviv University and holds a B.Sc. in Physics and Math from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

Appointed by President Barack Obama from 2015 to 2017, he previously served as the Under Secretary of Veterans Affairs for Health, the largest integrated health care system in the United States. He has served in chief executive roles for Beth Israel Medical Center and Morristown Medical Center and as chief medical officer for the University of Pennsylvania Health System, Temple University Hospital and the Medical College of Pennsylvania Hospital.
Dr. Karen S. Rheuban
Chair of the Advisory Board
Dr. Rheuban is Professor of Pediatrics (Cardiology), Senior Associate Dean for Continuing Medical Education and Director of the Center for Telehealth at the University of Virginia. With more than 20 years experience in telehealth, Dr. Rheuban is a past President of the American Telemedicine Association, she is the board chair of the Virginia Telehealth Network, and she chaired the (US) Institute of Medicine’s Workshop on Telehealth in an Evolving Healthcare Environment. She has presented testimony to 6 committees before the US House of Representatives, and helped to advance state parity legislation in the Mid Atlantic states with state legislative testimony. She was appointed by the Governor of Virginia to serve on the Board of the Department of Medical Assistance Services (Medicaid) which she currently chairs. She was profiled in the National Library of Medicine exhibit “Changing the Face of Medicine: Celebrating America’s Women Physicians” and is regularly listed in the Best Doctors in America database.
Dr. Nick Patel

Nick Patel, MD, received his undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina Honors College and attended medical school at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. Following medical school, Dr. Patel completed his residency in internal medicine at Orlando Regional Medical Center in Florida and Palmetto Health Richland. Has been a practicing internist for over 10 years at Prisma Health’s midlands affiliate, Palmetto Health. Passionate about taking care of patients with chronic illnesses and promoting wellness. Special interests include diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, asthma, COPD management, and preventative care. Dr. Patel also serves as the Chief Digital Executive at Prisma Health and Vice Chair for Innovation for USC Department of Medicine. Serves on multiple advisory boards including Hewlett-Packard Healthcare Inc, University of South Carolina College of Engineering & Computing, Kyruus, and Fraunhofer USA.

Before founding TytoCare, Dedi was the General Manager at MDG Medical, VP R&D at WorkplaceIQ (acquired by Siterra/Accruent), and VP R&D at Aman Group. Dedi earned an MBA and a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from the Tel Aviv University.
